estate, partnerships and LLC’s. In addition, we prepare wills and estate planning documents for California,
Arizona and Nevada.
Pegasus One has been providing these services since 1995. Its office is located in the City of
Lake Shastina (Weed) in Siskiyou County, California.
Its founder and sole proprietor, E. Seata Madison has over thirty years experience in the legal field, working
as a legal secretary, legal document assistant and paralegal. In addition, Ms. Madison is a certified
paralegal, having attended an accredited paralegal program through the University of California (Davis).
She has the benefit of expert consultation from practicing attorneys through her various long-term
associations.
Our services which are available seven days a week, include the services of a Notary Public. Please don't
